I've been digging around the crash dumps, and even gone as far as to use a debugger on the program to try to get to the bottom of at least the VR crashing issue. I can say that, the error that is causing the VR crash, according to EAs crash software, the cause of the crash is a "exception access violation", specifically "C0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0000000055B13C98". It's always that sector in every single crash of mine, all at just under 30 minutes of play time, so not enough to play any session fully. Let alone a full length race.
I've done everything in my knowledge and power to fix this issue, creating .dmp files (which I can't upload here btw so I can't even let y'all see them), finding work arounds to errors, and still nothing from @EA_Atic or EA as a whole. The bare minimum you can do is reply to this thread saying "we're still investigating and appreciate your patience" or "We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it". But instead there's silence and a bunch of us posting on this forum, steams forums, reddit, you name it.
Do better EA, and fix this damn mess, all we want to do is play your game
