The problems are nothing to do with your headset or set-up, the problem lies totally with EA/Codemasters, please do not start suggesting otherwise as this will 'let them off the hook'.
I've tried this on my PC (3080/5600X) with Quest 2 & Rift-S, its terrible on both. I've tried this on my sons PC (3070/i9) with Quest 2 & Rift-S, again terrible on both.
The VR fundamentally does not work correctly. Why when your on track & you go to options is there a visible swing/lag between the menu & your head movement when looking around (I only see the world like this on a Saturday night after 10 beers!)
No amount of tweaking is going to sort this. To be honest my frame rate is solid 80/90 with overhead to spare but never 'feels' like it, the juddering/swaying when you move your head is horrific - & don't get me started on the blurred visuals no matter what options you try (anything beyond 25 yards is a mess). It starts to feel ok ish after a while but all you have to do is fire-up any other VR game and your reminded of how bad this is.
