I AM ALSO HAVING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES TO F1 ONLINE SERVICES. SUPPORT HAS BEEN USELESS THUS FAR, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY CAN.
all new patches are useless, i still can't play online, thanks EA it's been a month and a half since the game was released
- creativerayn3 years agoNew Traveler@xXLucamcXx And yet it is STILL not listed as a problem on their list of things to investigate.. so many people can’t play online for 3 years - they just keep pretending it’s not a problem. I wish everyone would stop buying F1 that’s the only way things like this get fixed.

Funny is they are asking for more information or a DxDiag, and as soon as you want to send it they are not responding anymore, i saved now 2 DxDiag´s right after 2 crashes to desktop while loading into a lobby... but seems like nobody is interested in them anymore...- 3 years ago

Just an update on this - it appears to be account related, I created a new account, opened the game and it worked fine, not ideal given I've bought the game on my other account but narrows down the issues a bit, ticket is raised with EA but not hopeful of a helpful response

Spoke to EA on the phone this morning on this issue, they advised that they've reported it as a bug to the devs but not much more can be done
