F1 22 Progress

Something strange happened to my saved files. I have 240 hours in the game and had a lot of inventory and My Carrer mode etc. So sometimes I unistall and install again when something isnt working with the game. So today when I launched the game all was reset to default. No progress, no saves, all collection lost. I didnt cleared any data or something like that in the options section. I dont know what to do or if ithere is some backup to restore it.
