It looks like the release date for EA Play Pro will be the same as the early access date for pre-orders.
So you'll be able to play the full game starting on the 28th of June.
same thing, no preload with EA Play Pro, as the game isn't showing in the "The Pro Play List" yet

Community ManagerGot confirmation that there will be no pre-load for EA Play/EA Play Pro. You'll only be able to add the game to your library once it's available, so I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the early access period starts before you can download it.
I know you can't do much about it, however please give us the possiblity to predownload the game as the other Origin users who preordered the game 🙂

Guess it depends on your internet speed. I’ve heard a few people say just downloading the game after release can be quicker than waiting for the pre load to decrypt.

@michele1131 thanks for the info. At least I feel better that I have the EA app because CDKeys are stonewalling on why they won't give the Origin code during the preload period. I don't see the issue, unless they actually are embargoed, but they won't even confirm or answer that.
