Make sure you have all Windows updates installed.
Make sure you have the most recent drivers and firmware for all devices, input controllers and VR.
Then perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Thanks.
Cant get past the "press any button" screen in VR mode (on Rift S). None of my input devices will register a button press, tried the wheel, two keyboards, oculus touch controllers, nothing.
Got mine working by making sure I launch steam vr before starting the game. Then I press enter on keyboard to get past "press any key" thrn the wheel works again in menu and game.
- @Darkestfrost20 Thanks I will try this!
hope it works for you as its amazing when it does!
- @Darkestfrost20 Not only does it not work for me in VR mode, but also in normal mode.
All drivers are up to date!
Wheel Base: Thrustmaster TX
Wheel: Thrustmaster FS1000
Pedals: Thrustmaster T-LCM
VR: Oculus Rift S - @Darkestfrost20 Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Are you on an Oculus headset? And are you playing the Steam version or on the EA app? I've installed all latest drivers and windows updates, no luck.
I'm on quest 2. Using link cable and logitec g920 wheel. Sorry its not worked for you. What I will also say is make sure thet on the desktop when it opens the window for the game. Just make sure you clock the mouse on the open window before you hit enter key. Not sure if thst will make the difference.
Also. I'm using g game purchased through ea not steam.
- @EA_Barry Everything is up to date however it still doesn't work.
