Same issue here. Quest 2 w/ link cable, rtx 3080.
Regardless of settings or render resolution or how much GPU headroom I have, moving my head around is super choppy.
The only thing I've noticed that makes it slightly better is using 90hz instead of 72hz or 80hz - But the stutter is still present.
