1. Yes and no. It kinda depends on the track and the setup you run. If you play say Canada or Baku, you'll notice that the AI are insanely fast on the straight. That's mainly because either their engine and drag are much better compared to you, or their setup is based on lowered wing angles to maximize speed whilst being able to stay in control while cornering. Hard to explain. Ask EA, they screwed up.
2. Definitely F1 2020. I play this game with AI level 86, and let me say this, in F1 2021, the AI would completely obliterate me on this level, same with F1 22, though not as much since the AI seem a bit slower compared to 2021. Also, F1 2020 is not like Need for Speed with F1 cars like 2021 is, where the cars drift all over the place.
