F1 23 Release Date
So I want to know when we think we will get the game released this year? My thinking and i know its early days but I believe we could get it on 7th July for a standard release with 4th/5th July as ea...

- @ScarDuck14 Technically, we have no choice. I dare say that F1 22 was the best game yet to date. IMO. 😊
Things like engine audio, drivers mix, absolutely fantastic job done at new tracks, handling physics, which I still find is a step forward for me being a controller user, are my favourites of the game. 😉 According to one well-known Twitter user, the announcement will be made on 13 (today) 20 or 27 April on Thursday if we don't get any information at that time F1 23 will be delayed quite a lot
@pawel567i wouldnt say josh has any inside info and is just purley making a guess like any body else, unless its someone like tom henderson who has contacts within the game industry anyone can say "expect more info on this range of dates"
you could even use the guesses from this thread to base the dates on if you really wanted.
more info is iminent and everyone is all hands on deck at codies/ea seeing how its been over a month since the last f1 22 patch which was in febuary 22ndJust an educated guess of mine. However I have been incorrect multiple times so that's why I say to take this with a pinch of salt.
We are definitely getting details this month for sure, however, too hard to say when.

Maybe wishfull thinking from my side but we will see i guess.
@THEHAMZAGAMER12the sauber was based off the launch renders which basically was about 80% correct by the time it hit the track the floor had changed along with other things too
sauber will have helped provide cad data/render data but the model as it will appear in f1 23 will be diffrent to the one in f1 22- @cearp8858 Of course they helped them but that only shows how quick they can implement these changes, i am just worried they are too invested in 'F1 World' (expansion of the f1 life feature leaked by Tom Henderson a year ago) and that most of their attention is going in to that
Indeed! Let us pray they won't increase the bloat ware. I just wished for a better server environment or server friendly coding this time. F1 2022 is badly marred by server issues (the notorious "connecting to online services" and "cannot connect to EA server, try later") which can be avoided by that.

Maybe wishfull thinking from my side but we will see i guess.On the scale of development time, from most demanding and time consuming to the easy peasy get it done in a blink of an eye, the 3D assets and textures for the cars most likely sit on the very bottom.
AI training for all the tracks (not only the new ones) to learn how to go around with the new handling parameters is notoriously demanding.
Development of the handling also takes a good chunk.
Balancing of new features to career modes would also be considerably demanding, assuming Codemasters finally had it in their hearts to actually touch on those.
I don't think having the Alfa to tease us with on F1 22 so early in the year is indicative of how far they're on the dev pipeline.
They could have 100% outsourced that too. Plus the possible input from Sauber as @cearp8858 mentioned.
I think that AntiCheat is a last minute add on in relative terms. Remember they are on 2 year cycles.
This maybe a touch more time consuming than an average player like myself thinks it should take.
Hoping for the Best but experience tells me to not hold my breath🤔
- @marioomoh sorry if it takes time then don't release a different game every year develop it every 2 years at most charge the livery and tracks update at half price. instead no since you have the exclusive and you know that people buy forcibly copy paste promising without keeping .for one thing the graphics have been the same for years.am critical currently as very disappointed.

A new week maybe a week about F1 23
Maybe it’s just me but I find the time soooo long since the first announcement, just to release f122.5 in July it’s unfortunate
Personally it’s became a lack of excitement, since 1/2 weeks my hype has decreased quit a bit, every year even if I known it will be the same game I’m hype, but this year the lack of information and the fact that I’m pretty sure it will be the exacte same game I’ve no more hype ( but I know that when the first trailer will be out I’ll be hype again 😭😭)
