qualifying formats are the same just shorter for sprint so can see that being a huge job to implement.
Messing around with putting the sessions in the right place may cause some headaches.

Tho I would love to see the single lap qualy (I don't know how you guys call it in English) for the sprints - as it was rumoured. That would bring back a good 80s/90s taste.
60 minute qualifying for sprint and for race. The difference between Friday's qualifying is for the race and Saturday for the sprint. And sprint requires Mediums in Q1 and Q2 and softs in Q3. I think FP1 - Quali - Quali - Sprint - Race should be easy to implement as you said.
Should be easy. But as you see it is not easy for EA.
