Expanding both career mode and my team to include more depth is something I yearn for. Been plenty of suggestions we want this. I’m hopeful it’ll come eventually. But not To the depth of F1 Manager.

Career mode is the holy grail of the F1 game, so the emphasis really needs to be put on it, ESPECIALLY since there’ve been no changes to it for 3 year now!
And yeah, if they were to take it to the depth of F1 manager, it would probably become un-user-friendly, with the sheer complexity. Plus, when it’s a game that focuses far less on the off-track management compared to that of F1 manager, there’s simply no need for crazy depth.
No to say that there shouldn’t be heavy investment into new things in the management side of the game - there’s so many great ideas on what could be done. It’s something that’s already been discussed on this thread!
But, F1 Manager levels of off-track management and menus/complexity is not at all needed.
Today’s 5 ideas (it’s a big one): 😯
- More game modes similar to the Elimination event (e.g. Hide and seek + tag, Last driver standing, etc.)
- Ability to transfer career modes from game to game (e.g. start a career mode on F1 22 and complete 2 seasons, then continue from where you left off, in F1 23 with updated liveries and tracks, etc. but same drivers as in it was in the previous game)
- Ability to do Co-Op Career Mode with more than two players
- Ability to change front wing without also changing tyres at a pit-stop
- Regulation change voting system where your team can vote for or against a proposed regulation change (e.g. different points system, more allocated engines per season, resource point cost cap changes, etc.)

Rodoko.. This what you’re doing is considered artificially bumping a thread, Whixh is against the rules. Granted not the crime of the century or boosting xp.

Why don’t you like me posting different ideas every day? It allows us to break the ideas down in more detail, and discuss them.
The alternative is I post like a 120 ideas long list, and it’s hard for us to talk about them, as they’re all with each other, fighting for attention almost.
I’m glad to hear you genuinely like what I post. I try my best to bring forward ideas, but sometimes I get it wrong. Sometimes they’ve been mentioned once or more before. So I apologise about that. But I hope you realise that I’m genuinely just trying to encourage creative discussion, because it’s genuinely awesome to hear what people have to say!
Like you, I really want a better F1 game, which is why I like sharing thoughts and ideas, and asking people about what they think of certain things.
