i think it will be.
Just to not use f5 or f6 to swap menu in VR would be an improve LOLI reckon the tracks will be more accurate Baku as an example the kerbs look flatter on F1 Manager,, too high on F1 22.
Red Flags and real life radio communications are a really big advantage for F1 manager.

I'm with @Ultrasonic_77 here. Usually I'd bet my chips on sarcasm, it's ludicrous to expect F1 22 and F1 Manager to offer the same experience, but the atmosphere in this board is such that we can never be really sure 🙃
