F1 Race blue flagged before start

I was playing a two player career with my friend, I got pole position and he got 2nd. The race is about to start, the lights come on and then it says blue flag. Next thing I know it says Vetel is in first place with a time of 68321:44.448 no joke.  Then I drove the whole race like normal but then with 2 laps left vetel just finished and won.
