F1 Time Trials not loading

EA F1 Time Trials will not load.  F2 and super car time trails load just fine.  I can also run an F1 GP without issue.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled but Time Trial for F1 is just stuck a loadin...

    Just to update, we've released a fix for this in the latest patch - you can read the patch notes here

ALWAYS NOT WORKING !!!! 4 phone calls on service customer and nothing to help, this platform is so noob to solve problem ... I bought the game on steam and it works well so it's totally a problem on EA server or access to EA Desktop to EA server ... It's unacceptable to pay 49€ to have a game with the part of multiplayer doesn't work ...

So you have two versions? Steam and EA origin version?

    @TigerAlen410 Yes I have called them and they are no solution for me and no refund for me, and now I have EA version and Steam version of this game, and steam version works fine and on EA version, I can't litteraly play with online mode because of this problem of loadin g leaderboard on trial mode that blocks access to EA server.
