F1 Time Trials not loading

Windows 10, ISP: UPC Poland. *Time Trial tends to stall (infinite loading screen) if reading leaderboards fails or stalls.* Steps to reproduce: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za5DGNA6sr4 1. Start the game 2. Go to Time Trial, select car and on track list press [Y] to select leaderboard for that track 3. On leaderboard list - if it loads - change to Friends or Wet/Dry 4. At one time it will fail (downloading content loader) 5. Switching to another track and checking leaderboard now will show no loader and no data 6. Starting any Time Trial now will fail - infinite loading screen. When you check Task Manager and F1_22.exe details there's a wait chain option with information about thread waiting for network I/O

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start the game 2. Go to Time Trial, select car and on track list press [Y] to select leaderboard for that track 3. On leaderboard list - if it loads - change to Friends or Wet/Dry 4. At one time it will fail (downloading content loader) 5. Switching to another track and checking leaderboard now will show no loader and no data 6. Starting any Time Trial now will fail - infinite loading screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Infinite loading. Can't start Time Trial session. No leaderboard can't be retrieved.
What do you expect to see? 100% success on loading Time Trial sessions and leaderboards.
