F1 Time Trials not loading
EA F1 Time Trials will not load. F2 and super car time trails load just fine. I can also run an F1 GP without issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but Time Trial for F1 is just stuck a loadin...

It is absolutely terrible by EA to still not have fixed this after two months. When I saw that there was a new update I was hoping for my life that it would be fixed but no, they have instead used their time to fix something about George Russels car ingame. Just wow. I simply can't understand how an issue like this would require over two months of work. I just want to set fast times so that I can see how i match up against other drivers, but EA still won't let me/us do that. Could you guys just tell us something more specific than just saying that you are working on it. Maybe try to explain why this issue is so difficult to solve or something. I love F1 and I hate to see the game be in this condition. Pleas fix it.
I bought F1 22 from the EA store on 16/11/22, from the beginning the game does not work properly. As you know, when you want to compete online, this game is only for one year. It's been 3 months and I still can't even sign up for a league that requires verification of times in time trial leaderboard. For my purposes, half of the game is broken, time trial doesn't work, open lobby crossplay doesn't work, open lobby sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. In this situation, I would like a refund or a steam key for F1 22 (the problem is only on EA version, steam works fine). On what email address can I direct my request?

I've been asking for a refund for a long time, but probably never came close. EA helpdesk just changed topic and tried to blame my system, internet connection or whatever........ Last time i mentioned that i just wanted a refund instead of endless conversations about my system, i accidentally ( or mabey not ) hit the caps lock button while typing REFUND!!!! Since then i've had a upgrade to EA's blacklist, witch means that they are not monitoring my e-mail address anymore. Instead they advised me that i should participate in discussions with the player community. So here i am again, wondering how this will help me, because it seems that EA helpdesk have abandoned this topic.
