F1 Time Trials not loading
EA F1 Time Trials will not load. F2 and super car time trails load just fine. I can also run an F1 GP without issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but Time Trial for F1 is just stuck a loadin...
I was curious to see if we are being unjust in some way towards EA, so I purchased the game again on Steam, and it worked straight away on time trial no problems at all, I switched back to EA version and problems again. I now play online with my friends on EA using Crossplay, and they still can't get Time Trials to work when I can now.
Now I am not being funny when I say EA STOP BLAMING PEOPLES EQUIPTMENT AND SETUP AND FIX YOUR GAME ON YOUR SERVERS.
IF YOU CANT FIX IT TO WORK AS ADVERTISED REFUND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO BROUGHT THE GAME ON EA AND THEN LEAVE IT ALONE AND STAY AWAY FROM OUR F1.
Maybe we should start a class action, and finally tell these big corporate giants it's not ok to treat your customers this way, taking their money and then casting them aside, you should be ashamed.
PS I would now like and expect a FULL refund for my purchase as your product solution is not fit for purpose.
I applied for a refund through Paypal. The refund was declined because I had activated the key supplied by CDKeys. I however sent Paypal the link to this thread and they made a goodwill payment that allowed me to purchase on Steam and it now works fine. I suggest you all do the same especially if you bought with a credit card. EA IS A DISGRACE
This was posted Tuesday just gone on the latest patch discussion thread. It’s all I know… sorry
They won again i think I'll give up.
Here is something for you to cry and laugh if you have some free time to read all of this, grab some popcorn before: all of my email history with EA help desk, warranty department: (if some images are too small to read, try to open image in separate tabs, sorry) I archived all my messages because on the EA platform they can't even read once you send them (I wonder why )
EA answear
Me:
EA
I gave them all iinformation
I gave them all of this, but they already had all of them so what's the point?
EA
My last message:
And here is a banger, last replay from EA:
I think it's over. They are asking for my email again after I sent it two messages earlier in same case.
As I wrote in the last message to EA, I already bought F1 on steam and I don't have patience and time (becouse I have working game on steam) to continue this discussion anymore.
Strategy of making the customer a * worked again. Well played EA
After the last message they closed my case in such a way that I can't write back anymore, I have to make a new case. Probably just to ask the same questions from the beginning and suggest reinstalling the game
@PlumBum207I have no words.
