F1 Time Trials not loading

Why aren't we given the option to get a refund? The game is basically unplayable online and has been like this for more than 2 months with still no official answer when/if it will be fixed.... And the PR talk about looking into it is not an answer after soo much time

@TadejDemPretty sure the reason there is no official reply acknowledging the problem is because they would then have to refund everyone who wanted one.

In UK ( plus most other countries) if you’ve used a credit card to purchase the game. It would be worth contacting visa etc: Explain the problem and give them links to relevant threads on here. Over the years I’ve hadt to call them a few times when I’ve payed using a card. Biggest one was I payed £1000 for table and chairs. But never got Them as company I bought them went under. Called visa, within ten minutes they had refunded the £1000. In UK/EU We have great Consumers Rights that are protected by law, Buying digital copies makes it hard to get refunds because more often than not the company you’ve bought from isn’t based in your country. But credit card companies have to give  purchase protection 

@ScarDuck14 If they are so incompetent that they can't fix the issue in 2 months then they should give us refunds.Interestingly the ingame store still works so I can buy the stupid furniture but can't race online in a racing game. I bet the fix would already be done if they could charge us for it. We should start a petition so they will be forced to acknowledge the issue and refund us if they don't fix it soon. I wonder how is it possible that a EA game works fine on steam but not on EA servers. Either they don't want to fix it or they are to incompetent to do it. Either way we should get our money back if the game doesn't work as it should.

@ScarDuck14 it's impossible because of their greed and incompetence. If a product is faulty they have to refund it. Since they haven't given any info after more than 2 months it probably means that there won't be a fix. This isn't the only EA game that has server problems. If they spent some time and money to actually fix and upgrade servers so that people could play the games they paid for we wouldn't be having these problems. I definitely will never buy anything associated with EA again. I would rather risk getting a virus by downloading cracked games then to give money to a company who isn't capable of making a game playable. The worst part is how they are handling this. They would get a lot more respect if they actually gave some info about what is going on. 

@ScarDuck14 but isn't it worse if they don't even put out a statement that they are fixing it? It looks like they don't care and thats that for the game on their servers. As i can see a lot of games are having connection problems on their servers so that must mean either the servers are crap and need replacing or the personel is incompetent and need replacing, In any case we're the ones who get screwed over.

I can't understand how such a big company can be soo bad at making THEIR games work. It's like they forget that we are the ones that pay the money for their salary. If they offered to give us steam keys and move our progres to steam that would be super and everyone would be happy. But what they are doing is really a disgrace to all of us who bought games from them

I know You can't say this, but at this point noone believes that there are some attempts to fix this. We are going to complain, then we will or wont buy F1 23 on steam and this matter will go silent. We will stay cheated by EA, we lose money. This is really wrong, but this is how it will end. And that whats sucks.

For what it's worth I do believe that this is an acknowledged issue being looked into but I won't remotely pretend I think that this issue has been given the priority or resources it deserves. I'd be seriously fed up with this issue not having been resolved in your position too.

I just hope that You guys (champions) do not feel assaulted by us. We (at least myself) are frustrated and sometimes it may look like we blame You. We are not, I am not. Youre the good guys here.

Its just sad to see that GR car gets visual upgrade when noone really cares, when lots of players can't play at all because they messed something up. And I don't really believe that its very complex matter, since it was working before, so they know how to do it right.

To sum up, I said this a couple of days ago: thanks for bringing attention to this problem, that is all I want to say.

Don't worry, I certainly don't. Most realise we're just players that do what we can to support other players where we can. 

@EA_Mako Since you deleted my post when i wrote what people should do since there is absolutely no response from EA on this matter I see that you are reading the responses. So now I can ask you directly. Are we getting a fix in the near future or a refund? Every county in the world has a deadline for companies to fix broken products and if the can't meet the deadline they have to issue a refund. Or is EA above these laws?

And concerning the comments that got my post deleted.... What else are we supposed to do after more than 2 months without a fix? Any respectful company would have given a public update on the problem long ago. But i guess EA doens't fall into the category of respetfull companies does it. 

And just to let you know you are required by law to give us refunds if you can't fix the product. Ignoring us won't make us go away. And I don't intend to stop until the game is fixed or I get a refund. Either way you'll have to do something other than ignore.

@Ultrasonic_77  @ScarDuck14 i wasn't attacking any one of you two and i'm sorry if it looked like that. I am attacking the slimeballs at EA who are incompetent of doing anything other that taking money from us without delivering what is advertised. I really thing that in F1 23 we will get F1 life but you will get to buy houses and F1 24 there won't even be racing in the game. It will be like Sims but you'll have the drivers and people associated with F1 as characters.
