It seems to be an Microsoft things as I have not seen any Playstation players with that problem.

Do you mind attaching a Dx Diag to this thread ? Here is some information here on how to do it.
@jothemasterking , Your issue is on xbox which seems a bit different.
Can you try to follow those Xbox troubleshooting steps, if it didn't work, try a clean reinstall.Hi

i tried all the xbox steps, it is still not working.
i reinitialized the xbox, redownload the game multiple times, still not working
