F122 my team 2nd drivers'rate
Q. In my team. I'm using a legend driver. How's gonna be my 2nd driver's rating and etc, when I select new 2nd driver? Those will be reseted or continue?

@a7b3515ad8f17b769e47136517526ec7 I believe the game already presets multiple scenarios (of which driver will and when to retire throughout the 10 seasons, usually the older drivers), and one scenario will be randomly selected by the game at the start of each career. So every time you restart a new career the retire scenario might be different, or the same.
Every soon-to-be retiring driver will disappear from the market after that year's mid season negotiation, but will not officially announce their retirement until further down into that year.
So basically, if there's an old driver you wanted to sign, don't wait, sign them in during mid-season, that will prevent their retirement (because you don't know until after mid-season if they're gonna retire, once they disappear there's no return). Though, I don't know if they will retire or not while they're in your team, probably not.
