Hey don't know if this will work for u guys but i did finally manage to get the game to save.
Ive tried everything like u until today.
What i did is i turned off the cloud protection from windows defender

Would not advise this. You have the issue, but this is not necessary. You are working around a symptom, not addressing the issue.
UAC elevation and disabling Defender is not the answer.
Have you tried drilling down to Controlled Folder Access?
