I tried:
Deleting and turning off antivirus
Reinstalling the game
Checking integrity
Tweaking antivirus allowance for the game
Upgrading Windows
Restarting computer
Contacting EA live chat - they did not know what to do basically
Running the game as an admin
Even if the documents arent linked to onedrive, does not work - cofmann3 years ago

I also have the problem, and tried many ways included on the following comment, plz, all of us need serious help
I have the same symptoms. Report code is always different.
- @EA_Atic I ALSO HAVE THE SAME! Do something! I have also done what the other people told me, please do something today not the next year😅, I paid for something that I can't use/play! And the live chat is the worst as they can't help me.
Getting this issue in Feb 2023 using the EA app on Windows 11.
Like everyone else I have double-checked Windows firewall and my AV.
Tried reinstalling etc.
Game is not usable in this state (although F1 2021 is working fine), I hope there is a solution to this!
Same Here, PC/Steam, with or without steam cloud sync, makes no different, F1 hasn't right to save.
Just tried after today's patch - absolutely no difference, still can't save, game still unusable, WTF EA please fix! ☹️
Hey don't know if this will work for u guys but i did finally manage to get the game to save.
Ive tried everything like u until today.
What i did is i turned off the cloud protection from windows defender
