Just in case it isn't make sure your pedals are connected to the computer or platform you play on via the wheelbase because apparently if it's not then there are performance issues. If they already are connected to the wheelbase then I don't know
Unfortunately, it doesn't do me any good because I don't have a cable for it at the moment, but can only use the v3 via USB, but it can't be that there are such problems if you're already a partner with Fanatec
