First Time racing 60FPS on PS5. FFB & Triggers

So for some reason i decided to race Imola on quality mode. I’ve only ever done a few laps when game was launched.  Anyhow took alittle getting used to and hadt to play around in camera and controlle...

    @ScarDuck14 No is not optimised for 60 FPS, or better, the FFB on wheel is definitely better at 120 FPS (pointless to go higher).

    I also know we fixed an issue on FFB in F1 22, which did change the strength of the FFB depending on the FPS. Perhaps it is the same thing on a pad? But I can't say for sure, as it is a different system.

When I did some tests (PS5) time ago I was too much 'out of time' getting back to 60 fps to really understand, then I simply continued to play at 120.

At the end of my championship (end of May) I may have a final check, so even more useless than yours @ScarDuck14 🥳

Well this is odd.   Forcing VRR at 120FPS seems to have the same or similar effect over the bumps at 60FPS.   Always said when Forcing  VRR seemed to make me faster. Think I now know why.  

Im wondering because the game doesn’t support VRR.  When forcing  it the FPS goes from either locked 60 or 120 to 60-120FPS so the game sets up physics for 60fps… but console is instead forcing 120FPS.  

I could be completely wrong but in my head it makes sense 😂
