Flashback limit not changing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can be recreated by changing from limited to unlimited flashbacks between sessions. Once limited flashbacks is selected, the save will be 'locked' to limited, even though unlimited can be selected in the settings menu between sessions
What happens when the bug occurs? If limited flashbacks is selected, for instance 'low' limited (3 flashbacks), the save will be locked to three flashbacks. Selecting unlimited flashbacks between sessions operates as expected. In-session, the flashback UI will show 'unlimited', however, you are unable to use more than 3 flashbacks.
What do you expect to see? Changing the flashback limit between sessions should change the available flashback limit in-session.
