One thing to add. Take note of the track temperature. The higher and the lower pressures you usually need to apply (and viceversa). Track temperature was usually neglected in F1 games in the past because it made little difference but if you come from other sim titles (as ACC) you know how important it is and I'm glad that Codemasters finally addressed the issue.
But its a start and definitely matters, so even more favors subtle steering inputs!

Very nice to hear that about track temperature! 😎
About your first post @Meza994 did you check tyres temps get higher after continuous lapping? I read something you need 5+ laps to understand, while till F1 2021 was enough to check a couple of laps I would say and just check your driving style was not overheating let's say "in a single lap". I have not tested yet.
I also hope my words are understandable 🥳

@NuvolarixImo (from my testing) it can still rise a bit depending on the track after lap 3 but usually 3 laps suffice, its just like F2 last year, doesnt reach its max after 1 lap
- Apophis-STR3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Meza994 I also noticed the tire temp seem to affect softer tires a lot more than harder ones.
I just finished a 100% distance race at Abu Dhabi yesterday in MyTeam. And the constant 100-102 degrees was absolutely killing my soft tires. However, at the same temperature, my medium was able hold it's performance just fine (for 28 laps) and even faster than my soft (though my less fuel load while I'm on medium might play a huge factor here).- Meza9943 years agoSeasoned Ace@Apophis-STR In theory they should work the same but might be that you were driving slightly differently with the mediums due to the lower grip they gave and thus not reaching higher temps on the surface - or the track temps were a bit lower causing less surface overheating.
There are many factors but all the temps are gonna be much more interesting now and hopefully even more important next year!- Apophis-STR3 years agoSeasoned Ace
@Meza994Agree, really like how now we (somewhat) need to face the same challenge and struggle real drivers does, it's no longer just a simple sprint to the finish line.
