FPS BUG AFTER 1.15

Summarize your bug I was able to run the game at high quality at 120 FPS before updating to 1.15, now it is running as it used to be until it is connecting to EA, and after that, it could only run on 8 fps no matter what, who got same situation and any fix? And sometimes the game just keep crashing when I started running it It is not in any of the area provided, it is the whole game isnt running probably

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? No
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, it just happened after the patch 1.15 update, was running perfectly, now its capped fps
What happens when the bug occurs? FPS capped at 12, or game will crash
What do you expect to see? I expect to see at least 60+ fps, or 120 FPS as it was used to run, and not game crashing
