friends list not working

Summarize your bug : When trying to invite friends after crossplay was added or look at those online, my friends list is blank in friends hub and when in lobby. It shows how many are online, and loads one persons super license at the right, but thats it. Have tried destarting game and console, but nothing changes.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer and main menu.
How often does the bug occur? After patch 1.09 Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When in friends menu (inside player hub) , as well as when pressing invite when in a multiplayer lobby, the friends tab is always blank
What happens when the bug occurs? I’m unable to see my friends don’t load in/ the list is blank, meaning i can’t invite anyone to lobbies or see who are my friends
What do you expect to see? The list of all of my friends, online and offline i assume, and their super license on the right, and ability to invite them when in multiplayer
