I've run 2 50% races trying to spin the car on corner exits with the throttle and haven't been able to.
I've tried settings and changing to medium every year, but I'm on a controller and I'm old so my fingers just don't handle it.
With the current full TC setting the game is honestly boring (it's not possible to make a mistake aside from braking), with medium for me it's unplayable.
Any chance of going back to the old full TC or adding a step in between medium and full?
Well it's been said that the handling model this year has about 20% less grip in the cars. That's obvious once you play the game. It seems though as if they reduced the grip in the driving model but didn't adjust the strength of the TC assist to match. Medium TC doesn't provide much relief at all. No TC is basically unplayable with a controller. I haven't tried on Full yet because I normally drive with medium due to playing with a controller. I've really had to adjust my driving style especially on throttle, but what they're asking us controller players to do this year is just unrealistic and not fun. I really think they forgot to adjust the strength of the TC assist to be in balance with the new driving model. Medium should be called LOW this year, and a new medium should be created that provides more assist than the current setting. It's as if they forgot about us controller players and didn't adjust the balance of the assists to the new handling model.

Absolutely not. I drive on a controller and have no issues with not spinning out. Besides, my controller has no vibrations whatsoever, so I visually guess when the traction is appropriate to apply full throttle.
Here's me on F1 22. It took me 3 laps to sort of feel the grip available.😉
