Summarize your bug Game crashes to Steam VR desktop (playing in VR) about 5-10 minutes from the end of a practice run in Team and Career mode.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a Team and Driver career (combined one) and start doing a 30 minute practice run at Bahrain. When you get to approximately the last 10 minutes of the race (usually my third lot of challenges) it will just crash to desktop after stuttering for about 5 seconds.
What happens when the bug occurs? Crash to SteamVR desktop. No error given.
What do you expect to see? I can't save my practice runs at the moment. Progress isn't saving because the practice runs are never finishing.
Very consistent and unable to save practice session progress at all.
If I accelerate time with 15 mins or so left in the session it will save, but that means I don't complete all the challenges.
i managed to open up the zip file, mine is complaining about an
c0000005 exception_access_violation
when it does it, ive ran every possible scan of my system and there isn't any reports of issues... every other VR game works fine, the game works fine normally not in VR
why is it trying to access memory protected by windows 11? in VR only? I am very close to getting a refund here because this is not the 3 day early access I paid for
