It seems like a very strange problem. If the other games work I think it's only related to F1. If you have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, you just have to wait if any patches fix the problem. Is the game on disc or digital?
Yeah it's really weird. Before and after resetting the PS5 other games work just fine.
