Just formatted the system en reinstalled but same issue keeps occurring.

You have done everything you could do in these situations. You just have to wait for the next patch (I think it will arrive very soon 😉) and see if you can fix this damn problem. Let me know in the next updates if the situation unlocks. it's frustrating I know. but you can't do anything else!
