Game Crashing - PC

If the game minimum requirement is not met, that was on you when you bought it I'm afraid. They are under no obligation to fix your issues. You have hardware that is not supported by it's vendor, it was released in 2010. You cannot patch all your processor errata with just drivers. You certainly cannot enable features that do not exist and some functionality may be disabled.

Yes it's entirely possible that the game will not run despite previous titles working, there is a 'floor' of features that need to be supported. It is likely that although the game does not have appear to have changed radically the engine requirement has.

However, it seems there are plenty of issues that do seem to fall inside that obligation but they still don't really fix them, we just take the patches and see what changes.
