Game crashing when loading in a track

Hello again, my game is still only crashing trying to play it.

I bought this game on launch week and haven't been able to play it once since, first when I bought the game it only crashed in the tutorial on and on again, then once I got past the tutorial by deleting the supercar files and going through it, it now crashes the second I try to load a track in whatever mode you can think of. Has anyone seen a error like this and does anyone have something they can help with. I have tried to reinstall the whole game, most recent reinstall was about 10 minutes ago, have verified game files, I also tried the windows clean boot and it didn't help and deleted the F1 22 folder, I have the game on steam and running windows 11.
