Game slow load and wheel not responding

My wheel isn't working when I go jnto any race mode or time trial, my hame is taking very long to start up and often takes 25 or 30 minutes to get into time trial and then the game sometimes says game save failed and then I have to close the application. The wheel won't turn when I start a lap and also the buttons on the wheel are significantly delayed by 30 seconds.i don't understand this problem as it just randomly started when I opened the game. The game is very long when it is loading and it takes a long while for me just to get onto the main menu. The wheel is not usable when I go into a playable mode as when I go to turn it won't do anything, it is theeh same with the pedals it feels like the pedals are just doing what they want and the game takes too long to respond to an input
