Gamepad deadzone still there even with 0 ingame

Hi, since years there is still some Gamepad deadzone even if you set it to zero in the game settings. I used this website https://gamepad-tester.com/ to test it, and if you have 0 in the settings, theres still a deadzone of 0.15 which you can clearly feel ingame, and which makes fine movements impossible. In the xml file if you set it to 0 ingame, you have always a deadzone of 0.1, if you change it to 0.0 your deadzone ingame is just 0.08 (checked with https://gamepad-tester.com/) which feels already way better. The problem is that if you make a custom button layout, it goes up to 0.15 again and you cant change the settings of custom layouts manually. Can we get a fix for that, that 0 = 0 deadzone?
