Can confirm it disappears when AMD FidelityFX CACAO is disabled. Only appeared after 1.05.
It looks like a small texture that's being stretched and it's overlaying the screen. Move the camera and it moves with you.

Same issue for me, can see it on the whole screen depending on track lighting. It looks like it's the background of the menu staying overlaid on the gameplay. Interestingly in co-op career when I watched the onboard of my friend from the little screen you can see in garage I had the same overlay scaled for the size of that smaller image.

same issue here. looks like the Main menu is overlaying in game mode, when racing.

I have this same issue.
Came on game just about an hour ago after installing latest v1.05 patch and same thing occurs.

When you've got the chance could you share a few additional details that I can send up?

Game version number (from the game title screen):

16 digit report code (visible in-game from the Pause menu and at the home screen under Settings):

Preview release of Windows 11. Have hit an unresolvable bug with 22621 and MSI Afterburner (not displaying certain selected stats in OSD). This build installs part of the release 31 driver at enabling Release Preview updates (i.e. build 22621.169)
If you are on a higher build it is Beta and MS are doing A/B testing on that branch, so I'd be careful. 22621.105 was working fine, but not beyond.
Hopefully the issue can be reproduced with public build of Windows 10 (19044) or Windows 11 (22000) and 22.5.1 (AMD recommended) driver build.
