Has old F1 games all been delisted permenantly? Will they be back??

I can't seem to find any old F1 games, my friend and I would have liked to play together on one of the old games (I think 2018), and we could not find it for him... Why delist old but good games?? 

At least that game wasn't full of old issues still not fixed...

Any way I can still get the game legally?
