Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering Time Trial or Race on any track, driving a lap just to have some content for replay, entering Replay mode and paying attention especially to the side track cameras that are zoomed in on the car on very long straights
What happens when the bug occurs? Instead of perfect "mirrors"/reflections, the heat haze appear as totally black patches on the track. SOmetimes these black patches flicker
What do you expect to see? Clear heat haze/reflections on the track in replays
Two very different PC systems tested (everything updated), same error, same temporary "solution" (no other settings affect this behaviour, regardless of Ultra Low or Ultra High settings used): turning COMPLETELY OFF the Particles to have correct reflections on the asphalt in replays. Since you can't turn off JUST these reflections, you have to choose between having Particles and BLACK reflections in replay OR not having Particles at all (sparks, smoke etc.) and having perfect reflections in replays (especially important for content creators).
