How do I remove a ban in F1?

so i came from work and wanted to play some f1 2022 but it says my account is banned/suspended and i dont know why. I havent done anything like cheating/sharing accounts i just played one online game ond co-op with my friend.

    Hey @EA_Mako I also had the same thing happened to me , as of a couple days ago been suddenly banned.

    because of toxic chat in my ranked games. I am playing solo and always ended up with a player reported me although they were at fault While I do admit that I was at fault in a physical message.

    Yet nothing is done to the person that had instigated the situation, EA Clearly do not Investigate or revoke even 1st time offences.

    I have waited 4 days of the week to for my ban to be revoked or to be lessened which it hasn't, I don't expect to lose an account I have had for years on Origin just for EA to remove it after taking over.

    I have emailed to revoke this and nothing has been changed, Disappointing.

    Hello I recently bought coins and got auction house banned on madden 23 I didn’t know that I would get banned from that I see all madden 23 YouTubers buying coins I’ll do anything to get auction house back once again I’m really sorry about me not following the rules

    @EA_Mako Me too，Although other players attacked me，Don't I even have a chance to fight back，So I blocked my account directly，
    Is this punishment reasonable?I haven't made any contribution to EA?

    I’ve been banned for 3 days for buying a pack and y’all saying I’m buying coins when I never did can y’all unblock me @eamako

    @79BigCountry79 EA doesnt care about us peasants, same thing happened to me. YouTubers promote their game so they will never ban them for it. I can probably name 5 off the top of my head and they're doing just fine.

    I feel you on this. I was not aware of the same thing in the tos and had bought from a youtuber stressing about buying coins for Madden 23. I am sorry myself for the issue and would not do it again just want the ban lifted. I am honestly surprised youtubers can stress coins if it is not allowed via the tos
