How does Focus work?
Hi guys,
for this one, I need some information from you guys, preferably from a developer in this forum.
Right now, I'm playing My Team in Season 2, my teammate being Nico Hulkenberg. We have the best car in the field, and we both do well in Qualifying.
The problem is the Focus stat. It's been at 49 for so many race weekends, and there is no solid way to increase it. And Nico doesn't perform that bad, he places in the points, sometimes near a podium even, yet still his Focus stat does not increase at all, and I already have the Fitness Center on Spec 2, I regularly do activities for him whenever they are available, but nothing works whatsoever.
I clearly don't understand how the Focus stat works, and it's probably the worst addition to My Team, because you might end up losing the Constructors Championship because of this. Is this intended by EA or am I just too stupid to manage a team correctly?
I need some help on this, because my patience with my teammate grows shorter and shorter...

- @LuckyNico92 As far as I can tell it's based on finishing positions.
If he wins it goes up.
Check all the drivers focus number if your winning most of the time as their numbers will be down also......they cant handle the beat down😁
Now look at the Old Champions numbers......why higher?
They haven't lost confidence yet.
