The current Podium Pass is series 4, not 6. The last Podium Pass last year ran to pretty close to the launch of F1 22 didn't it? I'd expect similar with the current game.
I wouldn't expect new Podium Pass series to start after the launch of the next game though. As to 'why', I guess in part as encouragement to buy the new game.
- 3 years ago@Ultrasonic_77 I know we are currently on series 4. My question was will this yr be like last yr, where and when series 6 came out in june it was the last podium pass. Why then do they not reset back to series 1, and repeat back to 6? For anyone with remaining pitcoin to spend on items they may have missed. Especially, since it is not like pitcoin left over from a last yr game can be transferred to spend on a newer version!

Plus it would involve continuing to produce updates for the old game, or a significant change to the game to store them all in one update that then loops.
It would similarly be good if the weekly events repeated on previous games but I suspect the reasons they don't are the same.
Whist I totally understand this sort of requested change, realistically I think the behaviour come the launch of F1 23 is unlikely to be different to previous games.
- 3 years ago@Ultrasonic_77 Well, they are able right now without updating the game constantly to rotate old items every 24 hrs. So, I do not understand the challenge to the system. Ya, I understand a new game will be the focus. But, it's real simple. Somebody gets this current game for Christmas and they have missed 1,2, and 3 of podium pass items. That's my point! I do not own f1 2021, but why can we not transfer old pitcoin into a new game version, if it's all about the latest version!
