@Nylink I think you're right. There may be infrastructure updates coming to the track IRL and the CM team updated the game using the architecture renders just to future proof the game.
Actually after a quick Google, The Race reported last year that Hungary's contract with F1 was extended to 2027 and possibly into the 2030's. However the facilities and infrastructure haven't been updated since it was built in the 80's meaning that those updates would likely be required by F1 in the near term to continue hosting races.

@KVNR01 Yup, it's the only way it makes sense, that they were told beforehand. The track obviously didn't do the upgrades yet, but I don't see why CM would waste dev time to put in a fictional building without being told it was planned.
I wouldn't expect this to be changed back. Like you said, they will probably just keep it in for the future. No point in reverting the changes if the track is going to update the buildings in a year or two.

- @Nylink I think it makes no sense to have made these imaginary changes before they made them in the circuit
- @mixmax83 if they started creating the chnages before they knew it was delayed, there wouldn't be any point of cancelling the changes since it will eventually happen anyway. Saves them time and money in the future.
