I can’t connect to knock out cities servers

I’ve been playing knockout city since it came out it has been a blast the game works perfectly but sometimes my Internet would allow me to lag but it’s been working pretty good recently and ever since I started playing in season seven on the game it hasn’t worked because I wasn’t able to connect to the servers I checked my cases on EA as it turns out someone reported me for cheating but I couldn’t have cheated because you can’t cheat on a PlayStation five in fact you can only cheat if you’re on a computer I was also reported for Child socilsoclitation but I didn’t do that because I never talked to any kid on the game I am also a kid so it’s not possible I checked my bands and everything says it’s resolved so there’s no way I am banned please help me be able to play the game again
