I can't develop pieces in R&D

Summarize your bug when i go into a piece in r&d, it just doesn't let me press any button but the return button. The white overlay on the button also disapear

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into career mode. Go to R&D. Go to any piece and see
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant press any button but the return button
What do you expect to see? a white overlay on the button and that i can press the button
