I Won The Race...BUT FINISHED 7TH?????

I just won the very first race of the season, no one past me in the short 5-lap race, but when I crossed the finish line first....THE GAME SAID I WAS IN 7TH PLACE!!!! WHAT???? has this happened to an...

If you had any crashes or incidents during the race then you may have got time penalties. They get added on at the end afaik.

@DFunkmeister Nope this is also an old bug. I remember qualifying on pole, and then get 2nd because some Latifi or so gets pole with no time at all🤣 online and offline.

    @JasVerstoppen038 I finished Q at pole, and then saw I was listed in 7th place for the race.

      I'd start saving videos of what's happening and reporting them in the bugs section if I were you.

        Some placement bugs have been reported already; I reckon this will be one of the things fixed in the next patch
