Immersive Pit Stop Button No Longer Recognised or Displayed

Summarize your bug The button to make the turn-in for an Immersive Pit Stop is no longer recognised or mapped. It also doesn't show the image of the button to press.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it happened randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? When you're in the pit lane for an Immersive Pit Stop, the icon showing which button to press doesn't show, and if you press that button, it won't work, causing a late turn-in.
What do you expect to see? The button to work and icon to show which button it is.

    This can be reproduced 100% if you connect a supported wheel to PC and pedals via usb (pedals not connected directly to the wheel) 

    since the turn-in button can’t be mapped this completely renders the “immersive pit stop” useless.
