In which timeframe can we expect crossplay introduction?

Hey everyone,

at the moment there is nothing we can share so far about the introduction of crossplay, but once we have more details, we will have communications across our channels. 
I know this is a big topic for all players, and we take your feedback serious.

Keep your eyes open for any announcement regarding this topic, but for the moment we are not able to give you any updates on crossplay.

@EA_rephii Hi Rephii, thanks for letting us know, although it might not be what we hoped for I'm happy to receive any kind of feedback.
Since you can't give information on the release of crossplay:
By any chance, can you let us know if crossplattform will include Origin/Steam "Crossplay" functionality? Since there were some news that stated Origin/Steam would never be able to play together and I'm quite confused at this time to what even expect from an update.
If you're not allowed to provide that either, no worries I'm just trying to get the best out of the current situation.

    Hey @MisterJohnny420,

    I can neither confirm nor deny any functionality for the introduction of crossplay, and have to ask you to wait until we announce the feature and all the possibilities included for players.

    We will have a closer conversation, once we actually have news regarding crossplay 👍\
