Intermediate tyres speed on dry track is insane

@Noon1005 I've had the same issue. Race starts on inters, the AI never switch onto slicks even after the track is completely dry and I get an alternated strategy suggesting I switch onto Softs. Even after switching onto Softs on a dry track I'm only 1s per lap faster when it should be more like 2-4 seconds per laps. It's as if the inters never overheat for AI.
