Saw a video from Alex Gillon talking to David Greco that you’ve probably seen by now (https://youtu.be/L7jwRa1oVFo), saying the cars were under-steery in general, but you could easily apply too much throttle on corner exit, causing over rotation - which I guess could be interpreted as over-steer? Technically not the same though.

@Monzstar83 Well i saw the video dont remember him saying the current cars are understeery.. Also the setups suggest a very different base car.
When you have very understeery setups (which they got in F1 22) the base car cant be understeery.
What im trying to say is: Even the most oversteery car in the game will be understeery with a certain setup

- Monzstar834 years agoSeasoned Ace@Meza994 Good point 👍🏽. Alex mentions it around the 1:45 mark in the video, although I’ve also seen others (Aarva et al) making similar comments. It’ll be interesting to see how the cars behave when we get our hands on it. I think with the wings now being 1-50 across the board on all tracks, we’ll have some more flexibility to tailor the aero balance of the car to our liking that we might have had previously.

Regarding the balance well yeah some what.. But especially looking at how big the difference between front aero and rear aero is in the setups you will still be limited.. For example i saw a 8 front 18 rear for Miami which isnt as low downforce as Monza but you cant got the same ratio down to 10 rear downforce - it only goes down to 1 at the front (or 0?) so still somewhat limiting.. With more balanced base downforce you would have more freedom but its still almost giving you everything.
